send the Google play of another phone to your phone and try connecting with a strong network. I had the same issue but that's what I did.

Try a faster network or at night. Google servers these days need very fast networks with stable uplink

It seems the current being delivered to the phone is not sufficient to maintain the charging status, first try another good cord..if that doesn't work try a different adaptor and let us know how it goes..

It doesn't help any one per se. If you are unlucky, you will be charged custom fee.

I was curious as to why a seller will under declare, especially if we know it can cause the custom issue people have.
