You can keep on preaching on the pains of suicide but it doesn't change anything, thinking about it, the pains of sniper lasts for about an hour or two max and it stops, but the pains of depression can last for a life time!

The best you can do is to be your brother's keeper. Start with people around you... Watch out for signs, always be there for them, try to understand how they feel, talk to them (DON'T JUDGE) and most importantly SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP!

Most of those who committed suicides the painful way regretted it at the last minute. The body,mind & spirit power is doubled at the moment life wants to leave a body,it fights back quite violently. Pains will be intensified. Imagine being torn between life & death?. Same way 99% of people will kill when the chips are down & their life is at stake. Forget all that hubris most of you hide behind.
