Since you use your Nigerian facebook account it's possible that he already knows you're a Nigerian. I'd suggest you just be straight forward with him while also informing him that "the payment and domain transfer would be handled by a secure escrow service and he has nothing to worry about."

don't lie. I think he knows already but just want to see if you will lie.

If you lie, you may likely loss the sale. These guys don't over look lies like we do here.

There is a way you will craft it and he will go on to buy from you. So ask the house how best to craft the reply.

if there are numerous end-users for that domain, dont tell him. If he is the only one, tell him. If you tell him two things may likely happen.
Either he runs away completely or use your country of origin to determine how much he should offer you, even if your domain is very good. They always sense some level of desperation from sellers coming from countries like ours. They know we are most likely going to accept any offer because we are most likely very poor thats how most of them thinks.

So whatever decision you make will most likely determine what you get.

Through my experience with them, the don't test you.
If the are not comfortabe the just ignore you and stop replying, the won't even tell you most times that the aren't comfortable.
Most buyers aren't familiar with the whole process so any doubt in his mind he will back off completely remember he didn't plan on buying the domain before you message him.
You took the domain to him.
Its doesn't matter what your answer is people asking too many questions don't end up buying the domain.
