[s] Oasis007:[/s] Steer up anything or anybody your gut tells you to. I will not even mention any of my brothers here. You don buy market today. I have the time. Ebuehi is better than Aina at RB. Simon is a hardworker but Rohr may not pick him. You may oblige me and drink Sniper when it turns out so. |

Kog45: I'm not talking about this season.. I'm talking about the super eagles.. of what use is it if Aina wins the serie A player of the season but still can't replicate such good performance in the GWG? Player selection in every national team is usually based on sentient.. Why did Deschamps drop Lacazette fot Giroud at the world cup? Why did Germany drop Sane? Why did Portugal drop Nelson Semedo? why did Belgium drop Nainngolan?? ..Its all based on the coach preference.. and it was glaring to all that Aina didn't do well.. So I ask u again, mention one good game he has had in the GWG to prove that he deserves a starting shirt!! 2 Likes |

komekn: Players straight from the Belgium league performed in the EPL and other leagues but that can't be said of the Danish league. Onuachu and Osimhen are similar in style. |

Danielnino00: Nelson semedo didn't play much before the World Cup ,I am a Barca fan Nianggolan is having issues with Martinez so he was dropped not for footballing reasons Deschamps has always prefer giroud even till now lacazette have not been called for friendlies Same deschamps has refused to call Aiyeric Laporte Dropping sane is a bias judgement for Joachim low Now why was Marcelo dropped for Alex Sandro ? Alex Sandro has not done much for Brazil but he made is to the copa America ahead of experienced Marcelo because Marcelo have been bad this season Many of you guys celebrate mediocrity,if shehu will play at the Turkish division 2 next season I will watch how you guys will come and say he deserve to start ahead of aina |

Kog45: Oh . Now I get what u mean.. I suggest u read that post of mine again and get the message.. I didn't say I'll pick Echijele.. I said if Echijele was still playing at decent club and still getting call ups,he would be picked ahead of Aina and that's the truth..We all know how rohr likes his players to be defensively sound... That's one of Aina's weakness. (Forget the stats oasis posted about Aina having no weaknesses.. those who watch him in SerieA would attest to it..and his performance in the GWG proves it too) .. Caste ur mind back to October and November 2017 .. Why did Rohr throw Aina into the team first before Ebuehi considering the fact that Ebuehi was invited first? You think Rohr didn't want to take him to the world cup?? Well, like u said,Aina is still young.. there's room for improvement.. but I hope he put it at the back of his mind that game time in the national team are limited....u get ur chance and u grab it or u loss it to someone else.. unless Aina wanna follow Victor Moses path(like Mr forgiveness said) and quit the national team out of frustration.. |

Onuachu deserves a Shot in the final List because of his Style of Play, but I don't want Iheanacho to be discarded either. Besides, no need to drop anyone that could not make the final 23man List. Take all the 25 Players to Egypt, let the dropped 2 feel among and keep training with the Rest. It's not as if all 23 Players that will make the final List would touch Ball at the Tournament. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Danielnino00(m): 3:21pm On Jun 05, 2019 |
andrew444: Let me shock u small, even if Shehu is playing in the Turkish 4th division, he might still get called up and start ahead of Aina as long as he plays the way rohr likes.. It's quite funny that u still don't get how this managerial thing work.. Like the explanation u gave regarding Deschamps,Giroud and Lacazette... Deschamps obviously prefers Giroud despite the fact that Lacazette has been performing better than Giroud for the past few season now..Why is that so? Why is Jonas Hector, a player who until recently was playing in the Budensliga2 called up all the time to the Germany national team despite the availably of better left backs in the Budensliga? Its all down to the manager's preference!! Club form won't matter much..and certainly what the fans want won't matter either! |

Oasis007: The rules don't allow that. Only 23 players will be part of the team at the tournament.. anybody not on the team list can't be involved with the team in any activity related to the tournament... Not everyone on that list deserve to the thee if we are to be honest... Akpeyi..Shehu...Iheanacho... Let the Zimbabwe game be used to decide who drops out!! |

Danielnino00: Concerning Jonas hector at least na bundesliga and after all we have a certain jamilu Collins playing in bundesliga 2 There is nothing bad in shehu ,his team has just been relegated and he might not stay but if he stays and you still want him invited then super eagles will always be mediocre Rohr can invite a division 4 player he is the coach and not me ,if so then super eagles will always be mediocre Concerning German coach low decision hope you know Germany went out of the group stage at the World Cup ? The Julian Brandt that was picked ahead of sane what did they do ? The Manuel neuer that started who has been injured for almost a year didn't he flopped ? because ter Stegen was supposed to start ,but the crafty German shifted the blame to ozil The French team won the World Cup but giroud did nothing Na people like una dey shout make dem drop ighalo because of china league but una go prefer division 4 players from Europe Smh |
