Your phone has it enabled already otherwise you won't be able to install and use GCam on your phone.

As for the update I don't know. What ROM are you using?

That means you are using a Chinese version with a Global ROM installed meaning your bootloader is unlocked. Contact GrandMufti or Gptech to teach you how to install the real Global ROM on your device.

If that can be done install Gcam and check again am sure it will solve the problem.

Still very safe. My bootloader came unlocked, just that I didn't root my device and I have been updating without issues

Go to camera. Click the three vertical lines, you will see settings click it. Learn to explore your phone and your apps. Settings should always be the first thing you locate in an app. Don't always wait for handouts from people, you can learn new things yourself
