China really doesn't want African work force..what it wants is the minerals..fact..The automation in China is the fastest in the world..Some companies have cut their work force by 80%..for us Africans the way is to utilize our minerals well an if possible up our game on service field( or basically refine what we good at )..An last please lets teach our children science (coding an stuff ) so at least we can survive ths on slaughter..

With China's Belt and Road Initiative which provides cheap loans to African countries, it's going to be hard for Africa to rise. The debt trap is to keep Africa down perpetually. Look at the overpriced SGR they are giving Africa for example, getting out of such traps is hard except if you have a large economy like Nigeria and oil wealth. If Kenya's SGR loan is actually linked to Mombasa port,then you can kiss that port goodbye or at least watch as China administer it for decades to come. That's why I favour an economic alliance with Japan instead of China or Europe. Japan is not as resource hungry as the former. It just needs a market for its tech stuff which can be used as components for our own tech stuff if we are smart enough. Teaching our kids coding can not even save Africa. It may help individuals but Africa as a whole,No.
