Very distasteful for you to refer to Iheanacho as a scammer. He has done nothing to deserve such remark. I doubt Osimhen will get dropped.

Then who?

Simon Moses excelled as a wing forward in training. Until they play him as a AM I think he will never achieve his full potentials. Simon Moses is not a traditional winger , I think he was born to play in the middle due to his ability to operate in small spaces, energy and discipline....Everything Iwobi lacks!
He does not have the final pass to play as an AM.

Firstly, I dont like the country called england and queen eliza and their over-hyped players that never worth a sshhit. But I am neither sentimental nor bias....I am yet to see an English groomed player that blew my mind. I meant those who have played for Nigeria. From Abbey George, Sodje , Ekoku, etc.

Maybe except for danny shittu. Dude always played his heart out

I strongly believe that brother can excel in that position....think about it, he has the skill, the midfield energy requirements and can stay the course and highly disciplined. That nigga will run circles around Iwobi.....Its injustice to play Iwobi while Simon is on the bench. Its becoming clear Iwobi is gonna be another failed English groomed player.
Iwobi is a better AM than Moses Simon.

So, because he scored one or two goals we should fry water? As far as GWG is concerned Alexander Iwobi is a fraud. And if he continue to be unserious like his uncle he will end up worse.

AFCON would really reveal a lot to we the fans bro

The pretenders will be separated from the performers. I hope they all rise to the occasion though

I think Simon Moses should transfer to midfield he has the energy and can pass the ball better than Etebo

Cc Omabala being able to pass and having the creativity to split defences are two different things and Moses is not blessed with such

I would prefer him in midfield to Etebo though
If Moses can't pass, I see no reason why he should be drafted to the midfield

We need him more as a winger ecause he knows how to track back to support the defence

Moses can pass and for being able to help the defense he can do that as a midfielder

His strengths suit him better as a midfielder than a winger

You are making small sense but the problem is creativity....create goal-scoring chances via passing

Simon doesn't have that yet

Players like Aguero would not prefer to be in Atletico Madrid over joining the EPL.

Aguero on joining Manchester City:
"When we were talking I asked my agents to do everything they could because this was a good club and I'd always wanted to play in the Premier League. It felt right.id over joining City then."
what do you expect him to say? do you think he'll come out to say Man City offered more money than Athletico so I decided to join?

Valencia has a bigger history but the EPL attracts bigger names. The point is too clear.

Finito.
the EPL has more money so it's natural it will attract players

Experimenting players prior to a major competition in a position they are not well familiar with is a recipe for failure. Aigbogun did it with most of his players recently. Rohr by now should have been well acquainted with the right personnel for various positions in his team. The standard is 23 players. Of which he is to have probably;

3 -Goalkeepers
4 -Centre backs
2 -Rightbacks
2- Leftbacks
4 -Defensive midfielders
2 -Attacking midfielders
2 -Right wingers
2 -Left wingers
2 -Strikers

It is one of the reasons the team oftentimes inspired less confidence in matches because they tend to struggle. Making players jack of all trade & master of none really devalue their qualities.

Chief how is your health? hope you are feeling better now. It's well boss.

Kanu was part of Mauritius AYC 93 squad but was drafted to Japan 93 with Emma Babayaro who was equally part of AYC 93 squad.

This was made possible by Clemens Westerhoff but then U17 coach Fanny Amu did not fancy the idea if not for NFA who insisted that the duo must be part of U17.

Emma Babayaro suffered for this cos he was far better than no1 choice Emma Okhenebo but talent put Kanu Nwankwo through cos i remember how Kanu was benched against Australia but proved Fanny wronged by coming from the bench to put the match beyond Aussie team.

Pls check archive and see the the full list of AYC Mauritius 93 Nigeria team that have Jayjay Okocha,Taribo West,Emma Teberen,Andrew Aihkomogbe,Emma Babayaro,KANU Nwankwo and others.

Well then, quite a long time ago thanks for the reminder. But I can't remember any game Kanu played. The team also had Tijani Babangida.

But the point remains that that team still produced quality SE players. If it were today peeps will write them off as "the worst Flying Eagles ever"

I am very much ok now. Discharged from the hospital and recovering at home.

Iwobi has done well in the middle for Arsenal many times. It is his best position actually.
Simon Moses doesn't have the feel to play as an AM.

It is a norm for national teams to play players out of their natural positions.

There are certain situations in which a team will have deficiency in a certain position(s) rather than Fielding an incompetent greenhorn there they would rather convert a well talented player to fill that position.

U saw Ronaldo and Nani play as top strikers in the last Euros. David Alaba also played as an AM in that tournament.

As u cannot buy players for the national teams u have to make optimal use of the personnel u have available.

Fine. Iwobi has not really solved it but we don't need a makeshift Moses in that role.

It's too late to experiment.

It's better we bring Eze and Onomah after the tournament.

I thought it is by name as you are trying to paint.

Football is money bros

Even Ruben neves left fc Porto for championship side wolves for a 60k per week salary and the transfer fee was 20 million euros which was a record fee in the championship ,so championship football attracted Ruben neves abi na money ?

Deportivo and co are bigger club than most Epl club but they can't compete for players because they are poor ,if they have the financial power like Epl small teams then they will win players over

You have still refused to answer my question ,how did Samuel eto ended up at Anzhi ahead of Epl teams ? Is it not because of money ? Or you want me to tell you that Russian league attract players more than the Epl ?

How did William ended up at Anzhi ahead of European big boys expecially the Epl teams ?

The sold Willian and co because they later have financial issues

I hope you will get my point now at least

In this case, we have options in Eze and Onomah and I think they should be given the chance to prove themselves after the nations cup.
