Yes you can although I'm not familiar with IQAS. But I saw this on google https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-immigration-change-cancel-application.aspx and https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-contact.aspx and https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/how-to-change-cancel-iqas-assessment-type.550273/ If you're still puzzled, ask @jjohndoe83 osaretoma: |

ayaade1: i personally believe there is no need to worry. i also received PNP invitation from Ontario last week but i'm yet to accept simply because i believe my score (468) is sufficient for EE route. so i think even though many invitations were issued, many would not be accepted because i noticed ontario targeted a couple of people with high scores who may not even accept because their scores are enough for EE. so be not afraid. 3 Likes |

You are still asking the queshion? There is nothing to be nice about denouncing fraud especially on a public forum like this. 'Tunde' is very right. What you are about to do is fraud and crap, it would affect applicants with genuine family members when CIC notices a pattern and if CIC ever finds out pre-PPR, it is misrepresentation and a 5-year ban. If you get lucky and have PPR, you would have to "watch your back for the rest of your life because it is straight deportation for you and your friend even when you become naturalized citizens", (that is a direct quote from one of my wonderful AOR whatsapp members). I hope that answers your question as nicely as possible lollmaolol: 7 Likes |

dalobaba: This is a typical misrepresentation by Nigerian applicants, lying unnecessarily to secure visit visas without thinking about the repercussions. Read about the Sudanese 30 year old with contradictory date of birth in his USA and Canada immigration history. To be clear, this is what documents fraud and misrepresentation look like: Document fraud can involve either false or altered documents, such as: -passports and travel documents; -visas; -diplomas, degrees, and apprenticeship or trade papers; -birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment, separation or death certificates; and -police certificates. If an individual lies on an application or in an interview with an IRCC officer, this is also fraud and a crime. If an individual sends false documents or information, IRCC will refuse the application. The individual could also: -be forbidden to enter Canada for at least five years; -have a permanent record of fraud with IRCC; -have his or her status as a permanent resident or Canadian citizen taken away (if applicable); -be charged with a crime; or -be removed from Canada So, what should you do? You have 4 choices: One, do not apply ever. Two, wait for 10 years data retention in USA to pass before you apply to Canada. Third, apply now but do not mention previous refusal. Your application might be successful but you should not sleep on it, IRCC might be waiting for you at the time you apply for your citizenship, when you travel to USA and information is shared with Canada or when you eventualy marry and want to sponsor your spouse or other family members from Nigeria. Last option is to indicate previous visa refusal in the questionnaire and then write a letter of explanation about your previous misrepresentation. Hopefully your application will be successful and you won't have to look over your shoulders. 1 Like 1 Share |

Please I need help.. anyone who knows or has had similar experience. I work with a small company but the company has no website or online presence. Will this affect me when my job is been verified? Are there any additional document I could get from my employer or add before submitting my application that will help them know it's a legit company? Or how do I go about this? Thank you. |
