He's chances are really slim. They ask for the nysc certificate and it must be provided

He should call the HR and explain his predicament to them... I am sure they will add him to the next batch.

I understand you, bro. But in this case, I guess there are going to be batches for this documentation/training school. So, it is wise to say, he should show up and then explain things to them in person rather than via calls.

How about him going down there with his other documents and maybe Call-Up letter and the rest, then, explaining and pleading for time to provide the Discharge Certificate.

Advice guys, I would prefer to go with the next batch instead as June 17 will be too sudden. It will affect other areas(plans) heavily. Is it possible for one to choose the batch one wants to go with.
