They mentioned that retainment is based on performance. So the idea is, if and when you get in, perform. There will always be a place for performers.

I'm currently working, but with the pedigree of PwC, guy, we die there. Thing is, I've been through this cycle before. Even my current full time job is based on the promise of a full time employment.

So, just get in. Who says everyone can't be retained? Be ready to put in the work.

PWC is a major big 4 firm, they don't recruit to let loss, they spend resources to hire and train the best. My sincere counsel is get in and work hard. They're not known for letting employees leave, besides there's always vacancy in all the big 4 in Nigeria, reason been that some of their employees once they've gained some amount of experience, travel abroad or to another organization in the country where they occupy enviable positions. Get in and show them you're the real deal, even if a witch is following you, I can assure you that you'll be retained...believe people. All the best and God bless.

Before I started my Personality Assessment, I made a copy of their core values and pasted it on my wall just so my answers would be in line with them.

And now a regret mail?? ?. I wonder what it is they're looking for.
