A somewhat controversial Medical Doctor popularly known as Dr Emmanuel, has come for the head of his colleagues and others medical practitioners who find it hard to locate patient's vein.

Sharing a high tech method the western world and Asians use in the process, he wrote;

This is how Doctors in the West look for veins, but in Nigeria and elsewhere in Africa, if the veins are not visible we'll keep looking till we find it and you know what that means right? Sometimes traumatizng the patient �

Every technology has it's downside. Before you graduate to using a vein finder you need to be proficient in the manual method which all tend to be condemning here.

That Dr Emmanuel spoke the truth. It's same practice everywhere in the world, until this particular country developed a technology/device to change the norm.

I've been injected in developed countries and they searched my veins same way a nurse would do in Nigeria.

Our advice is don't get fat, else we go chook you tire.

If a child is plumpy and no hope of getting a vein the head is shaved and the doctor will make use of the vein on the head.

my experience was worse,after enough shucking of nidle,at the end i was feeling pains in that very vein for a month plus

What. She dare had a reprisal attack back to a nurse. I'd just leave her like that since she's claiming prowess power. Others too are attended in such form. Who's she. Sigh.
