I own a BMW 3 series and a Honda Accord, the Honda is my everyday driver while BM is for long trips, even though I enjoy the BMW more and wish I could drive it more often. But maintenance cost is on the high side compared to the Honda.

there are Sequoias, Tundras, Land Cruisers, Tacomas, 4Runners, LXs, GXs everywhere. anyone that purchases these vehicles straight out the dealership isn't concerned about cheap gas nor "cheap" maintenance, and at that income level it's stripped to buyer choice and not exactly purchasing power.

Why do you think they discontinue models a lot?. They dont innovate, it is all about fuel economy and maintenance.

you are not talking trash but you can’t differentiate between the Toyota LandCruiser Prado and the Toyota LandCruiser. It’s the Prado that’s being used for patrols and it’s the V6 trim, and most often than not you’ll find the VIP on such fleet in a Benz, Range Rover at worst Lexus.

I will say the Mercedes GLS (dont want to bring the G wagon into the discussion) they don’t sell as much as Lexus cos of price. Merc is way more Luxurious than Lexus ( same year same category).
