congrats to those who got success mails

do us a little favor of telling us d kinda choices u picked
so DAT we can do better next time too
For those who couldn't make it, it definitely not the end of the road, kip trying, kip pushing and kip moving. Remember winners do not quit and in all things, put God first. As for the question above. Basically what I did was I outlined PWC core values in a sheet of paper, then ensured that the options I selected as most were in line with their core values. Although there were options that aligned with my personality but pwc core values should take precedence over your own personality. Also I made sure that I was consistent, not 100% consistent though. Things like innovation, routine task, leadership, care and help, statistics and data, consultation, adaptability to changing environment, optimism etc were most for me. I hope this helps in case of a next trial. Then I made sure the test was completed within 45min. This may vary from person to person anyways.

so sad to get a regret mail, from my own assessment and analysis, I think the timing is a big factor that played out in the high number of regrets

its not...I spent close to two hours cos I had a poor ntwrk connection and I got a success mail...its being consistent and also in line wit their core values... I mostly picked caring for others... seeing good in ppl and I was consistent wit that till the end cos sometimes the same qstn wld b asked in a different phrase.

Hi, I literally had goosebumps reading this. It must feel so disappointing and yet, you still find it in your heart to give tips for those moving forward. That in itself is the true test of your personality. And it's excellent!

Many times what we think we want, what we think is best for us is really not even near the beginning of what God has in store for us. I felt this same way and I cried so hard in 2017 when I got a regret mail from Sahara. Believe me though, in my trying tears I couldn't have imagined the blessings God had waiting for me. Don't stop hoping, don't stop pushing, don't stop improving your capabilities, and most importantly don't stop trusting in God's wisdom.

Give God something to bless and watch him shower more than super abundant blessings in your life.

I am rooting for your success and I know it will come soon and come big. When it does, please quote me let's celebrate your victory. wink

Cc: jackals

This moves me to tears. I feel like there are still good people in this world.

Thank you so much. You have lifted me up

How far with ur test today?

Good evening everyone. I want to wish everyone who got a success mail a smooth sail through the remaining part of the recruitment exercise and to those who got a regret mail, I want you to know that, it hurts as hell when you put in effort to get something and it doesn't turn out like you'd expected. But I have learned to take every failure as a good experience to do better. I know it's not easy, but we ought to do that.

Now let me try and see how I can be of help to those who requested for tips on how to pass the culture assessment test. First, you must know PWC core values in order of priority. Then whatever value or set of values that seem similar to yours, choose it above others. Now if you observe, they repeat the values like 5 to 6 times. If you choose any value, say honesty above empathy, ensure you keep the trend whenever the two show up, and also when values closely related to them show up. I can't say that is one sure proviso to cracking the riddle in that test, but I believe it works.

All the best in your next endeavor and don't forget we all are proud of you. That you didn't pass the test doesn't make you any less intelligent than any one who has passed. There's always something better for the ones who treat failure as opportunity for growth and understand that God has plans for everyone. Just move on and try again and again and again until success becomes you.

Goodnight guys

Let's just prep for the worst; 60 questions in 30/45mins....

The only thing I KNOW is that the questions are mostly, if not all, on taxation.

@ Enireqx20-FYI

Got this from a friend whose Bro works with PWC and I quote

“My Bro just gave me the insider info that the basis of regret mssg on the Tax apprenticeship was Age....Not more than 26”

The thing is,his younger brother wrote the test and also hit regret mail and he just turned 27 years.
