If China can do everything google does and have companies that can do it, then its no biggie. But they can't. You can't lose US market and remain same. 3 Likes |

yomi96:And you are here regurgitating whatever story you have been spoon feed by Trump and the US, What business does Africa have with whether the Chinese are Socialists or whatever you choose to term them? And which Technology exactly do you possess in Africa that the Chinese are remotely interested in stealing? And while we are on the subject of snooping, Who told you that your Saintly US Companies are any less snooping on other people's data? Or do you think the US has your interest at heart, anymore than the Chinese? 6 Likes |

lilbest4:while the US may be right About China or Huawei, and even if the are, Africa Do not have any privacy, Infact. African leaders are prepared to sell their country's and Citizen's privacy to the Highest bidder. So it would make no different if Huawei are guilty. As you may have read on the article, the AU rejects the US's Claim, more like the AU don't give a shiit. 3 Likes 1 Share |

What the fool is saying is we should basically surrender ourselves to the Chinese since we are already exploited by the West anyway. Such is the mentality of the average Nigerian. The "this one better pass the other one small na" mentality. yomi96: 4 Likes |

Kenmatt:what a person pay for data per month in the US will pay for your phone service for an entire year even two years. Huawei knows what it’s losing in US market. The same way Americans spend $300 on a pair of Chinese made sneakers. Selling the same in Africa, it will take years for Chinese companies to make the same level of profits they make in America in Africa or India where majority of their people live below $1 per day. That’s why Huawei is fighting hard for American market. So you see how American market is very crucial for thing ms coming from China for maximum profit. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

yomi96:Without the Asia and China you're denigrating,EIGHTY PERCENT of manufactured goods you enjoy in this country would be impossible or out of reach.. Many European countries are partners with Huawei even with the arm twisting and slander of Trump's America to rubbish Huawei.. The same Trump is ready to give Huawei a clean bill of health and exonerate them of all allegations as long as the US gets favorable terms of Trade with China.. And you're here crying more than the bereaved.. 2 Likes |

yomi96: You guys are actually the ignorant ones, you have no idea what this is about. This is all about 5G technology which the US has already lost the race. They don’t even come close. I was listening to Trump yesterday on CNBC and he sounded so pathetic, sane people can see through all this bullshit. Yes, Chinese is a socialist economy, everyone must not follow the western style. Singapore has shown that it must not always be the way of the west. Most African countries are poor to shit and they practice the so-called democracy and capitalism. The US has about 2.8 million of its citizen in prison, that is more than China and Indian combine. At least China is not going around destroying other people’s countries, they are building bridges. You should understand that Huawei is the biggest telecoms equipment supplier in the world. The probability that you are using Huawei equipment in your communication right now is 100%. For your information, nothing can stop Huawei, the US will only try. 5 Likes

lilbest4:Absolutely! Africa has no privacy, Their nyash are open like fowls own. Even if they have, it would be useless to china.. Because if china wants Anything from Africa, all they have to do is demand it from Africa, China has recolonised nearly half of africa anyway. 2 Likes 1 Share |
