I think you need a screening for a viral STI just to rule out any case link to Herpes-1,syphilis and then AIDs since you have tried on using antibiotics and antifungal, and it is not improving. Perhaps, it may just mean that the drugs weren't sensitive enough.
If I were you I would run swabs both for bacterial and viral and then run a differentials for my white blood cell count to know which of them going up above normal.

I have been trying to treat stomach ulcer for more than seven years now without any success. The sores have spread all round my stomach now. I hardly can sleep and have emaciated a lot. I have been to the hospital a good number of times but they have been giving me similar things ( clarithromycin, metronidazole, amoxyl, mmt suspension, omeprazol, cimetidine combinations).
I tried a couple of traditional herbs also, the only one that tried to subside it was the pawpaw preparation treatment which is not readily available due to its seasonality.
I have suffered so much and so long. I have also spent large sums of money trying to help my situation to no avail. Less I forget, I have done all couple of tests, the only positive one was the Hylobacter pylori bacteria which often causes the ulcer.
I eat food regularly, in time and have done a lot to avoid some trigger foods.

Someone with Jock itch has got a sign and symptom to show in almost all person having it. The probable attitude is to pass your symptoms and signs and seek help where necessary. You are really not appealing.

1) WBC count and differentials.
2) A simple IgG for Genital herpes
3) Rapid plasma reagin or VDRL.

First and foremost, do the count on WBC and its differentials. It will mean alot either to or not satisfy the other tests.
