Buhari will have to direct INEC to release d results of d 1993 elections& declare Abiola winner. That makes Abiola president-elect posthumously. If that is d case, then his running mate kingibe inherits that mandate &must then b sworn in as president of Nigeria. Meaning buhari will have to step down.
