Pictures and wedding invitation will work. Have you changed your name? If yes, the change of name publication should be added.
You should also share your social media handles in the LOE so they can verify your relationship (i.e. if you share your relationship on social media).
Finally, you should add anything that shows you two share an address, it could be bills or bank statements or even the addresses on your driver's licenses.
Any joint accounts or investments? Property bought together?
