Oga etrange, go to za oza room and answer my question biko
etrange:

Hi,

My name is etrange.

Your fears are really understandable. But what you can't change, you shouldn't worry about. And the ones you can change, you shouldn't worry about either. You just go ahead and change them. You can change your score by writing BCS and you are preparing for the exam so you're already on the right path. The whole idea is to do the best within your limit at all points. That's literally all you can do.

You will get through this. It's good you're currently studying for the BCS exam, that's progress. Alternatively, you can explore the PNP option.

Thanks @Topsmamen

Big congratulations to all ITA clinchers! I cele rate greatly with all of you! May God see the rest of us through!

I am really worried about the recent spike in draw points. After simulating my crs points, single, bsc, over 3 years work experience, ielts LRWS 9,9,7,7.5,and I will be 30 in August,my points ,using my age as 30 is 433. I am so scared, I do t know if the race will get stiffer..I just want someone to open to, before I use thinking wound myself. I am studying for the bcs exams,to boost my crs points..but I am still scared. When they remove tradeau, won't it get stiffer?

@Topsma.men @ifeom.a77 and all the elders ........
You're doing the right thing by working towards additional qualifications. Don't worry about the rest, EE will be here till 2021 at least. After then, who can say?

Hello,

Please I need clarification on the Work History section of the eAPR. I am the primary applicant and have entered only the job that I'm claiming points for and included other employment in the Personal History section. Is this the right way to complete the form? Also for my husband will we include his employment history only in the Personal History section since he has no Canadian experience.

Thank you.

Hello my people, wanna ask, while i await my ielts result, I used crs calculator using my first ielts and got 403 points, but after creating a profile, my point is 391. I think it’s from the language side as there’s a difference in the point allocated in the crs calculator and the profile.

@ Topsmamen @ifeoma and any one else please how can one include the fact that they were paid cash the first month of their nysc in their reference letter and that they worked at their PPA for only 11months Because bank statements only show transactions for a period of 11months.

Is it compulsory?
no. It's just to boost scores, but spouse has to try and be fully involved and serious so scores can be maxed

Ifeoma thank you very much. We have even called the church and got to know that the original marriage certificate is still with them. What was given to us was marriage blessing certificate so we will pick that up and also add other supporting proofs and submit Asap

I realize that this advice would have served you better before you submitted but I would still go ahead and say this. Its important that you click on the ? icon when uploading your documents to understand exactly what you are required to submit. This would go a long way in forestalling issues like this. A Church marriage certificate is not valid as proof of marriage for EE. You need one from the Court. Your relationship with your spouse for the purpose of EE is best described as common law or cohabitation which is what you should have selected and shown proof that you have been living together.

At this point, I'm not sure what would sway the VO in your favor as any document you receive now would bear a future date. Firstly, ask for an extension to produce the required documents with a compelling reason (30 days).Procedural fairness requires that you be granted the extension. Secondly, try to get the marriage certificate produced quickly. Unfortunately, greasing palms may be the quickest way to do this. After you get it, submit the certificate with a letter of explanation explaining that the marriage had just been registered.

The chances of this working are 50/50 because you applied on a certain date as being married. As far as the law is concerned, you were not married as at the time you put in your application. Your marriage became legally recognized as at the date it was registered. Just pray your VO is nice as they have a lot of discretion in issues like this.

So long as spouse max out ielts which most times is difficult. You don't want to know the drama of pushing an unwilling spouse to study.
not maxing out sef can still push CRS scores

You have very good chances. Your ND and HND already gives you points for two or more certificates.
Start your ECA ASAP and begin to prepare for IELTS.

By writing it in a simple LOE. Fortunately, the VOs are very familiar with NYSC by now so you really don't need to sweat it

A church marriage certificate from a registered church is valid. This is what I have and been using for Visa applications successfully.
A church certificate is only issued by the church on behalf of the government of Nigeria
Seniors in the house correct this if I'm wrong
