Just so you know, the Institution which Rochas upgraded to a University and appointed a VC for has been reverted to a Polytechnic by Ihedioha.

Salaries of staff would be reduced, Professors engaged would be disengaged.

I used to think Rochas was horrible as a governor. Early signs have shown this clown would surpass Rochas in stupidity. While the likes of Sanwolu have started on a high note, this one is either demonizing his predecessor or asking that he be searched at the airport to demonstrate on phantom humility. Like he was voted to demonstrate humility.
