who else can come in for Iwobi when he gets tired....
etebo/ogu can always come in for mikel and ndidi but for iwobi who else can?

Maybe a makeshift Chukwueze or.....I'm not sure sef. Mhen, we need to solve our AM crisis

if ROHR will be settling for mikel ndidi and iwobi in the midfield. .dropping nacho was a poor tactical decision because going by the above nacho is one player amongst the strikers that can play as 10/8/9 he can always come in for iwobi
Paul still a suspect to me Tijani kind of a player

Bros, I'm not trying to impugn on your opinion built can you name match in the last 1.5-2 yes where Nacho functioned very effectively in the no10 position?

you see....... and the problem we have been having with our midfield in time past is not having the link between midfield and attack...

nacho would serve in that role conveniently all Rohr needs do is to have a talk with him and engage him in special training drills
to serve in that role... he still have the mojo in him, he played there years ago

I agree with you on this. In fact, that's what Tite (Brazil coach) will most likely do because fact is Willian is not like he used to be and Neres is an upcoming star on good form.

We have also come a long way; I mean the Super Eagles. Rohr has been doing a hood job so far bar the WC misadventure. I don't think there has ever been a time like this when majority of our players were linked to top clubs in Europe. But we can do better sha.

I really hope for an excellent outing in AFCON. It will boost the profile of our players too

That's true

We will surely have a good afcon

Well, you have a point but since Rohr as the coach dropped him, there must have been strong reasons. Remember, he was invited despite his poor form.

However, we should just make do with what we have. Abi how you take see am bros?

Mikel can be pushed up to AM with Ndidi and Etebo playing behind

We can change to a 3-4-3 without the need for an AM, we can play 3-5-2

Point is we are not going to miss Iheanacho at Afcon

German 2 Bundesliga side SSV Jahn Regensburg announced on Thursday morning that they have completed a loan deal for one-time Nigerian Federation target Chima Okoroji.

Okoroji started his career at TSV Grünwald before joining the youth team of Bayern Munich where he spent a decade.

The left back has been playing for SC Freiburg since 2017 but has found game time hard to come by, with only two appearances for the first team last season.

''I would like to gather as much match practice as possible at SSV Jahn, expand my strengths and work on my weaknesses. My goal is to play a successful season with the Jahnelf and achieve the set goals,'' said Okoroji to SSV Jahn Regensburg's official website.

"I'm really looking forward to the start. Now I want to do my best to help the team with my qualities.''

Okoroji, who is eligible to represent the national teams of Germany, Nigeria and England, was called up to a Nigeria U23 camp in December 2014 but did not attend the get-together in Abuja.

Our creativity will mainly come from the wings. Samu, Kalu, Onyekuru, Simon, etc.
Samu can also play as a CAM. This is what everyone has been begging Rohr to scout for but nooo...he keeps packing CM/DM and thinks it's ok because Mikel dey.

Is it only when a player gets tired that a substitution is made?

If for any reason Iwobi needs to be susbtituted, as long as Mikel is in that game, u sub out Iwobi and introduce Etebor into Mikel's CM position. Then Mikel moves to AM.
