Thanks, but it didn't work. Still faced with the same problem.

currently using havoc OS. Has a lot of customizations. I may soon switch back to miui coz am so used to it. But havoc OS is a decent ROM.

You don't need to change your region to use dark mode. Maybe the version of MIUI you are running doesn't have it. Update your device if there is any outstanding update.

Please any guide on how to successfully install Mi Flash Tool and its drivers required for flashing Global rom on Wins 10 PC with be much appreciated.

Facing the error below.
You need to disable driver signature on win 10 to be able to install requir drivers

To disable driver signature enforcement do the following:
1. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and cli the Restart button.
2. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click the Restart button.
3. When your computer restarts you’ll see a list of option Press F7 on your keyboard to select Disable driver signature enforcement.
4. Your computer will now restart and you’ll be able to install unsigned drivers.
Bear in mind that this method only temporarily disables driver signature enforcement, so be sure to install all the unsigned drivers as soon as you can.

China rom and xiaomi.eu has option to set it to either android style with one finger swipe or 2 fingers miui style. Global stable is one finger
Pls screenshot what u mean... Cus i use Chinese rom.
I get notifications from say watsapp,
I swipe down to see it. I click and hold the notification.
It pops up with the typing bar to write my messages. I don't use two fingers watsoever
The first swipe from up down, brings the control panel with botification, second swipe brings all the control panel.
I'm still on miui. Not android style.
