when it comes to wide spread development and individuals mental awakening it's literally impossible for Kenya to catch up with Nigeria and even other Africans at large, I have stayed in most Eastern countries of Africa and I know these countries deeply , I could tell you every thing about them, Ethiopia remains only country in Africa that has the prospect of rising up as Nigeria, as they literary owns most of their resources and properties same as Nigeria , go to Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda.... and see how few Indians and muzungus owns very large chunks of the resources and see how every development is concentrated at the CBDs leaving 98% of where most black people leaves out.

Kenya HIV aids burden relates to 90s. These are people who have stayed with the disease for 20-30yrs now. We have managed to keep those 1.9M living longer and longer. In fact we removed HIV from terminal disease because of interventions.

Worry about this - Nigeria has more HIV-infected babies than anywhere in the world.

Otherwise, Kenya HIV infected persons is okay 1.9M is nothing compared to South Africa 7M - and soon Nigeria may even break the record.
