Sometimes, transcript also play a part contribution in doing some easy/clear convicing especially in the situation were an applicant's prospect course or program shows no (direct) progression or in a perspective of trying to make a (an extra) convincing case or statement about certain areas of the applicant's academic performance or track record. It could also play a role of the applicant being seen as a genuine student if the VO decides to assess the applicant from an academic perspective, depending on the logical reasons or format the applicant use to build the application.

BTW irrespective of the resources to get a transcript, in my personal opinion, i would advise applicants to not feel relunctant to include it even if people has gotten approval without including it.

We never know the least document that might be the saving grace

Hello e-family, Please I need the advise of the GURU's in the house. I did paper application for SOWP on the 15th of Feb'19. I got a medical request on the 13th of May. Successfully sent the medical e-copy back to them that same day since I did up-front medical. Got Biometric validation mail on the 23rd of May. I was able to link my application online and saw that Medical was past on the 15th of May. I have not heard from them since then and my status still reads we are processing your application.
My worry now is..how long will it take to hear from them since they have my passport.
We had already planned a trip this summer to the UK for a family event on the 24th of July and we have valid visa.
Today makes the application 17weeks.
Would it be advisable to write or just wait and believe that we will get our passport back before that date.

Similar to your case is my wife as well, reason I frequent so much here. But based on my findings, your approval will come before the 23 of June. That’s a month but not with standing, compose a mail and send it to them stating that you got medical request, and it’s been updated to pass but you didn’t hear from them for a while now and it’s pass Normal processing time which you anticipate or expect to get and approval since it’s been updated to pass.

Just try to put something up, it’s not necessary it must come out the way I said it.

Good day Fam, Please gurus am asking for a friend, I need your inputs so my friend can correct this mistake.

My friend during his application upload a SOA that is not stamped and signed by the bank because he requested for a soft copy that the SOA should be sent directly to his email for easy upload to avoid the heck of going to scanned bulky SOA documents. I just read in the thread this morning that it is better to get the hard copy which will be signed and stamped. Can the person get the hard copy of the SOA which will be signed and stamped, and send to CIC through webform because the person has already submitted his application last 2 weeks.

I need advise urgently. I applied for the switzerland visa on vacation parole.I was denied, the reason they gave is thus:

* Justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not provided*

*Your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the visa couldnot be acertained*

Now I would like to re-apply.I am getting advises that I should apply as a family,with my wife and daughter,but the issue is that ,per adventure they grant us the visa, I miht not have enough money to push us out as a family,secondly I do not really have anyone in switzerland,though I have been trying to make some contacts ,but even at that I won't like to inconvenient anyone with my family. My intention was to go first and see how things go and then with faith I send for my wife and daughter. Another option I have is to appply alone again for a conference that is scheduled to hold in august this year,someone said that would better .

I need advise from anyone with a better idea on how to do this stuff to know which is better for me .

Also anyone know anything about getting papers inb switzerland?How easy is it ,and what is to be done before one can get his papers in there?

I don't think it's necessary since he has submitted. If the VO have any issue with it, they will contact the bank for confirmation. So you need not to bother yourself.

I stand to be corrected but I heard from a reliable source that all statements of account for Nigerian applicants are verified with or without the signature and stamp because as usual our naija bois has destroyed our credibility.

A study permit application was submitted last month and the applicant will stay in the campus so the letter of $40 non-refundable campus accommodation application fee was also submitted.

Now school demanded confirmation deposit of $400 to secure the room for the fall semester and this has been paid now and letter of accommodation deposit confirmation issued.

Please my question is do I need to email this document to cic or its not important since they have the $40 application fee letter. If am to email, to which email address please.

Hello guys, just to reconfirm, for somebody applying to a Canadian school as an undergraduate, is there any compulsory requirement for that study permit applicant to submit a statement of purpose (SOP) along with other required documentation? I am thinking SOPs only apply to post graduate study permit applications. Thanks for your help in advance.

Upload it via IRCC web form. It's a medium for enquiring about your application or updating it with new documents.

Yes it is possible. What you need to do is to go to the police department in the country where you are and give your finger prints. They ll give you a form that you with your finger prints and you can courier it to Nigeria and have someone help you take to alagbon police station

Applying for my notes doh. But i reallu need to know what to put in place before its arrival.

Applied for a diploma in business administration.
Graduate of industrial and Labour relations in 2013.
Served in 2014.Been involved in family business eversince.

I tried to explain how they relate and i explained how our family business requires me to have a career in bus admin in my last SOP.

The thing is that i would have applied for an advanced diploma or something but business administration is only available in diploma in the school.
