Magufuli hates stupidity! Its strange for someone having unplanned child in this century.Why can't someone uses contraceptives or abstain from sex? The use of contraceptive is scientifically proven worldwide so why shouldn't we use that?

Very true.In Kenya you don't have to import technical stuff.kenya-Indians or Black or Blue Kenyan can get all local talent they need.The Kenya-Indians only have few Indians relatives handling finance...but in Nigeria, Dangote and every manufacturer ships equipments with shiploads of Indians.Now easily 1M in Nigeria.In Kenya you just ship equipment with drawings and you have enough local talent to fix it.
