I notice everytime i argue with some persons or i go to public places where there is an occasion and i happened to dance around or carry out a task like doing some compulsory like "traditional" greeting or giving of speech, i feel drained and unsatisfactory or some kind of guilt feeling?


I just had an argument in the afternoon and each time i remember it, i feel unsatisfactory. Why is it so? It happens to me often.

doing all these without confidence still amounts to nothing. At the end of the day he still goes home sad knowing that he just put up a show. Confidence is what he needs to work on. My opinion

Well he could start by associating with people even if he doesn't chip in. Getting rid of introvert circles he belongs to. Get a supportive girlfriend / friend. Etc
Although your opinion makes a lot of sense, I wouldn't advise him to consider practicing in large crowds. He should start small, from group of friends to family members and so on

Someone without confidence won't even argue with anyone

It simply means you are an introvert or simply close to it. Things like dat drain introverts energy while d reverse for extroverts.Just stop over analysing d things you do nd just forget about it.
