Ifedith:there are few mainstream 4k 120hz oled to start with(except those demoed in ces which aren't consumer ready yet). SImple google search for apple pro display will give you more info about it. No one is arguing that Amoled isn't good for phones, i even explained the reason in my previous post, the problem is with the way people just assume Amoled is always better than ips lcd every damn time, which is not always the case 6 Likes 1 Share |

acekid109:Same way some ppl think say so long na smart tv, e dey better than non smart in terms of display, some think say curved TVs dey better than flat panels, some think say bigger tvs always dey better than smaller ones, some just buy any Hp laptop, naim b d best, or Benz dey better than Toyota ( even Benz 200 better pass Toyota camry 2017), the list goes on. 10 Likes |

Gptech:its frustrating explaining abeg, same with mega pixel count, it's endless Make person just know wetin he wan buy. I'll go with a non smart TV over a smart one, more flexibility and cheaper even after adding tv box. But people will just believe smart is the best, apart from monitors self curved TV no get benefit 3 Likes |

My mind just dey tempt me to get one k20 pro for myself, problem is that I'm concerned that the phone might be too small for me having been used to the max series. My hands are so used to big phones now. 2 Likes |

The way people hype AMOLED display (especially on phones), you will think LCD display is nothing to write home about...AMOLED is better, yes. I love the display also, but that doesn't mean LCD is not good either. All these nice screen qualities and resolutions are best enjoyed on bigger screens, like TVs. When I held my galaxy s9+ and wanted to compare it with an LCD screen of lower resolution (1080 x 2340), I thought I would be irritated with the comparison, but to my surprise, I wasn't so excited about the difference. Yes, the difference was clear, it was very visible, the AMOLED was better. But not enough to make me feel irritated at the LCD screen. 7 Likes |

genius43:That technology is a waste of time. That was how I spent 150k buying an LG 42 inch 3D TV in 2012 when I should have gone for a 60 inch ordinary TV. I never used the 3D function all the 6 years the TV lasted before lightening dried fried it. One of my greatest buying regret till date. 9 Likes |

fantilopezzy: Did you see the test results of the S10+ I posted. It was only able to output 739 nits when on auto brightness and HDR 10+ on average 358 nits. Pushing the display for more brightness leads to screen bleeding or the shortened cell life span. 2 Likes |

macbeyland: Manufacturers to sell more uses philosophy of the more better it looks the more appealing it would be to consumers. For instance an average Nigerian man won't go Alaba to get a TV and even care about the specifications, the year of manufacture and even the power consumption, as long as it looks fancy and pretty they go with it. 2 Likes |

MIUI 10.3.1.0 messed up my redmi 4x big time. It takes my phone almost 8 hours to charge to 100%. I don't know when the next update will come to fix this? When I noticed this, I thought it was my cable, had to get a new one. When no change, had to use another 5V/2A charger. Even had to delete recently installed apps. Upon realization that it was after the update, this started occuring, I had to factory reset the phone. Still no headway... I weak. The battery SOT is good when charged. Me I am not too good in flashing ROM things, na there my own take bad 1 Like |

kmaster007: The person you quoted have not been active in a very loooooonnnng time. The battery is ok, not spectacular, and it has no dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. You have to make do with the dongle provided meaning you can't charge and make use of earphones at the same time, but Bluetooth option is always there 2 Likes |
