OMG...My bad I totally mistook the cost of of ibom deepseaport for lekki dear sea port. Although ibom deapseaport has just recently started, it cost $2.5BN not $2bn and is expected to be completed by 2021 while badagry deapseaport will cost $2.6bn .
Lekki deapseaport capacity is 1.5 million 20 foot equivalent unit (teus) container capacity and it's is expected to grow to 2.7 million and 4.7 million TEUs when the port begins operation. And as for the cost of lekki deapseaport it's actually $1.65bn not $1.5bn.
We will earn $560bn from the port .

That is the potential idea and the aim of the contractor that is handling the lekki project. Many at times they don't meet their aim. Lekki is new, Tema isn't.....


As you can see the acres of land the project is going to cover state it all.no need to further go back and forth.


An in addition, roads are also been build as well along the expanded harbour.
