Mamas pls is it normal to have lower back sharp pains on the left side (just above my buttocks)?? I am just 18 weeks gone and a FTM.

If the morning sickness still persists, try asking your doctor for promethazine injection. It has been a lifesaver for me. The tabs are available too but I discovered that the injection works better for me.

I can't wait! My uncle came visiting and got me fried chicken and Rice from KFC. I couldn't eat the chicken , kept it for hubby. This man came back, carried the food to start taunting me. He was cracking the chicken bone, smacking his lips and licking all his 5 fingers saying "So you can leave chicken for me, this is one of the perks of you being pregnant! Chai, this your pregnancy is sweet o.." Can you imagine? I felt like crying, I didn't know when I rolled my wrapper to stone his chest. He is here laughing happily, telling me the chicken was too sweet. I officially hate him.

lol. sometimes they don't really understand. after telling my husband severally to stop using perfumes, i jejely packed all the perfume bottles, powder and hid them. i even had to change our bathing soap. one day, he looked at me and said "pregnancy is not a disease o".

God will help us o. Make men come do dey carry pregnancy, i know they won't be able to bear half of what we can.

have u tried fenugreek oil or powder... u can add it to ur tea or pap... also kunun gyada (also like pap but made from groundnut)...then try pawpaw leaf

Good morning mamas, I need to vent. My hubby made chicken stew which would have been nice if he didn't use garlic. I tried eating it but threw up everything at night. This morning he was warming the stew, i told him to close the kitchen door because the smell of the garlic in the stew triggers me to throw up. This man said "na wa o, u are taking this thing too far o". It's not his fault. I am here asking him if that's how I was selecting foods and throwing up when he came to marry me? I really wish God made pregnancy for both sexes, so men can feel a little of what we go through. It is annoying that he thinks I am overreacting to everything.

Don’t mind them, really wish they know what we go through..

Please forgive him with love, google and send him articles so he can read too.. We are in this journey together or you tell him to google your symptoms so he can understand..

Then plan going for antenatal visits together and plan for him to be your birth partner.

Get the right gear. Wear low-heeled — not flat — shoes with good arch support. ...

Lift properly. ...

Sleep on your side. ...

Try heat, cold or massage. ...

Include physical activity in your daily routine. ...

Breathe,breathe and breathe...

You need good mental health (adequate rest)..

Lots of fluids... water , pap

Make sure that baby is sucking efficiently and frequently...

Rest a lot...

Offer both sides at each feeding. ..

Avoid pacifiers and bottles when possible. ...

Give baby only breastmilk.

Oatmeal, wheat, amala, bitterleaf soup and fenugreek helps too..

Rofemiguwa sells lactation cookies and it works..

Bought for my sis in law and she testified so you might want to get in touch with her and try it too..

Not that it's not coming out ooo. Its not rushing out the way it ought to. I ate lactating cookies and granola, being drinking water like fish 4 big eva bottle water. I will be resting ooo. Breast milk please flow ooo

It will flow just try to calm down and rest well..

I am a natural breast milk factory but stress denied me the joy of effectively breast feeding my girl..

By the time I got help, it was too late..

So please ask for help and rest well..

Even me sef I don’t do store shopping the highest I do is store pickup ,I’m shopping online in bits I’m not walking into any store at all to buy anything I don’t have strength, I’m 20 weeks today and my stomach won’t be flat again
