After reviewing different recipes of rice and beans from different countries, I can boldly say that Nigeria's rice and beans recipe is arguably the best .

Cooked in tomato sauce that was seasoned with curry, bayleaf...the aroma was heavenly !

Fettuccine is a type of pasta made of eggs which makes it lower in carbs...but it not eggy at all, tastes 100% like pasta. Wish I could send some to you

When I was a student, I used to work in a fast food kitchen in Nigeria. That’s how I learned to cook several different things at once because everything had to be ready before breakfast and school runs.
