Hello Adelola94, If making an initial deposit with your bank is the current challenge, I'd suggest you walk straight into other banks like Diamond and GTB as some person(s) have rightly suggested. If you can also initiate a pay through Flywire, ensure you read the refund policy before making payment. Cambrian issues a conditional admission letter, but after making the first payment, you get your admission letter which will be used for your study permit. I hope that helps? Adelola94: |

Tlontin: Your passport might be at vfs. They have a backlog because i was there on Thursday and there were so many people waiting to collect their passport and as at 4pm some people who claimed to have been there at 10am still didn't have their passport which isn't normal. There were so many many passports in their " storage baskets" and I was surprised a company like VFS had no system to automatically tell in which basket and section a person's passport was in. They had to manually flip through every passport in every basket to find one passport and then they rinse and repeated this over and over again for every search, it was time consuming, people were impatient and aggressive and it smelled like dirty armpit everywhere. |

Hello Gurus in the house, I got my refusal mail yesterday, I keep seeing ordering for GCMS notes, from previous pages of these thread before reapplying, the problem now is there's no procedure on how to go about it, even my useless agent doesn't know what GCMS notes stand for, I used google and saw that I need to pay some certain amount in cads from different sites, my biggest problem is reading that I need to have a relative in Canada, that's the only way I can request for GCMS notes. Please Gurus in the house, help me with the proper procedure on how to go about these GCMS note. Thank You 2 Likes |

I have some questions to ask Can't someone apply to Fanshawe College without going through their listed Agents? And also what are the differences between the Postgraduate Certificate and Advanced Diploma. I read a post by Naijaforeigner where he advises that we should go for a 2 years program instead of one year program so as to get more than one-year work permit or we don't go through the hassle of providing an SOA if you are applying for another program. I am finding it hard to get any good school that offers a PGC 2 year program with a co-op option in my field Computer Science/Information Systems, what am seeing is just for Advance Diploma programs for most colleges. Please, I need your Inputs on this. Cc: Bracha,NiajaForeigner,JustMellow,Qudkum, kcosam, mcobex and all the other gurus in the house. 1 Like |

holllowu: It doesn't increase your chances of approval and it's not advisable to do so as you might end up loosing your hard earned money to a foreign landlord who you've not seen before. I know of an applicant who payed his accommodation upfront in the sum of 1500$ and when he contacted the landlord for a refund after a visa refusal, the white man told him he can't give him any dime because the apartment has been vacant for his sake, which made him not to fix in a potential tenant. There are several ways you can show financial sufficiency not through this medium. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hi great minds. Pls help a brother. With Higher National Diploma, is it possible to go for Masters directly or there is need for PGD? Thanks. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Frankrobbn1: 1:53pm On Jun 18, 2019 |
HighDee001: You can't go for master's with a HND certification. Your best bet is a PGD. Check schools like Conestoga College and centennial college 1 Like 1 Share |

george009: george009: Yes you can use the both documents as evidence of your personal assets and tie to Nigeria. By the way, don't you have a state/local government approval letter for the land? You also need to take pictures of you at the table water factory that is under construction to support your claims |

No and the process is really long with the new government stopping the process pending the probing of Rochas's Land allocations. Frankrobbn1: |
