He has not even spent 100 days in office, yet you have concluded that he is intelligent without any policy or any innovation to show. He is not even close to being active when compared to his counterparts in south west who just assumed office.

Seyi Makinde has a history of owing his workers when he was in the private sector. The first thing he did as soon as he was appointed was to say he can't pay 30k minimum wage. That's the person that guy said is intelligent.
