Increase in oil price should wait until Dangote and the others complete their refineries. Else whilst other oil countries would be enjoying the benefits, Nigeria would br busy spending all the profits on expensive fuel imports and subsidy.

No one won the war . that was also the first time saddam.used chemical weapons and everyone looked the other way, Paving the way for future atrocities.

Iraq was broke in the 1990s and in debt for the us weapons.that was when saddam started getting all sorts of ideas which ended in his invasion of Kuwait because he was misled into thinking the west would not interfere. And that was the beginning of where we are today.
