Quite a lengthy one, he is a student of Law School ending in some months time yet he went for a job interview which if successful requires him to start immediately. Never heard of him till now in any case, will look for him in twitter. 2 Likes |

If you don't believe in a principle of a Govt you don't work with them. A critic should remain a critic. Same thing killed the Bola Ige. You can't work for them and be able to stand to correct them. It was wrong of him to accept the offer at first. If he had rejected it, he would have gotten his pride on the mountain Top and thus could Top shot him for an upper position later. I see him as one of those critising just to gain relevant recognition and inducted into the clan of eating and sucking. Femi Adesina is an example. 2 Likes |

The summary is that his appointment was withdrawn just because he criticized Buhari and APC. What a political party? Reuben Abati wrote articles criticising the pdp govt every week, but he became GEJ's spokesman later. 2 Likes |

reason I don't take very harsh critics seriously cos na job dem dey find. Festus is now feeling how painful it is now. The last harsh critic in Nigeria to be taken seriously remain the one and only Gani Fawehinmi cos he had a life and was very content with his means of livelihood back then but all these so called critics of these days na food dem dey find. like someone has said earlier, stick to your principles and creed if you have any. Better luck next time Festus. I would have taken you more seriously if you never responded in this manner so all of a suddem Lawan is now the best hope for Nigeria cos you almost got a job from him, haba! 4 Likes |

helinues: People like you and your ilks up there are still the reason the same set of politicians keep running this country in a reckless way. They know how partisan and myopic you people are thereby come to you with meager and you keep shouting apc pdp even when your rights are bn stocked up for their unborn generation. Even before this write up, Lawan deserves commendation for appointing someone like that whom he knows has been against his party. That shows his level of intelligence and liberalism. That’s how every right thinking man should be. But it’s a pity Nigeria is a place where favoritism and bigotry overrides competence and elegibility just because of a backward mentality. It will do you a lot of good if you start thinking right and stop being myopic. If things are done the right way and without biases, you will always have a good result. 3 Likes |

IamPatriotic:Shut up! You couldn't have read the whole thing and still think he was desperate about being appointed. Appointment should be based on merit and competence, not based on political or ethnic affiliations. Perhaps you will support if the government were to fish out civil servants who voted against them and deprive them their salaries as well. 1 Like |
