As long as the dog wasn’t acting rabid then you shouldn’t worry about rabies, but nevertheless you should be worried about getting infections cos a dogs teeth is home to many bacteria so you need strong antibiotics... But why do attack and protection training without a protection gear?

It was just an accident which never happened and won't repeat itself again

Your worry should not be rabies but tetanus and any other bacteria infection.
Have the wound properly irrigated .
See a doctor(not "chemist" )for proper anaerobic Cover.
Meanwhile how do I reach you on guidance on protection training for my dog

When bitten by a dog,there is a protocol to follow to prevent unpleasant results; 1) wash bite site with water and soap immediately.2) head to the hospital .3) check your pet into a vet clinic for assessment,tests and monitoring. he's 3years old, don't worry i'll share some important info later

If it’s a deep cut, to need to get an anti tetanus injection but if it’s just a minor one, rabies should not be your concern like many people have stated. For the protection part, look for a professional because It’s very risky and dangerous.

I’m a trainer.

Look at my hand. That scratch is from dog. At first it was painful but later I never experienced anything pain again. German Shepard. Hope it won't react later.

The day any dog go bite rip na him name cuz me and the dog go die that same day. Lol the one that gave me that scratch learnt his lesson in a blunt way. Omoh I punch the dog without given him breathing space till he die. I thought the dog die real not knowing that he just faint. When the dog finally woke up you won't believe his quietness LMAO! If I go right he will zoom to left thinking I'm coming to punch him again. Dog get sense no be small.

Although I still have to be careful.

My male dog , have finished him like this because of sheet , he sheets anyhow and sleeps on his urine , I beat him ern I had back pain for 2days lol

Tell them to chain you as a preventive measure. Then call a vet to vaccinate both the biter and bittee.

does ur dog get mixed nd interact with stray dogs? if ure answer is yes then u need to watch him closely for 10days if their re signs of abnormalities nd if eventually he dies, then u will ve to go to a hospital for antirabies vaccination, but For now just go to a good pharmaceutical or a clinic nd request for tetanus shot,this should always be the initial action u should take when it involves dog bite since dogs dont ve oral hygienes against bacteria.

It's normal, the swelling should go down within few hours.. take tetanus shots though
