Rossikk:
BULLSHIT. SHE WENT FOR THE BALL.

In the past, going for the ball was a good justification to follow through and injure another player but that has changed even by mid 90s and as of today just touching the ball is not enough if you foul or use excessive force or are reckless. She took a wild swing at an easy ball - there was no need to seeing that hard for a ball that you were favourite and was rolling towards you at a decent pace.

37 min: Leupolz bundles into Ihezuo as the Nigerian forward works her way down the left. This is a free kick just to the side of the German box. Trouble ahoy for the two-time champs.

36 min: It’s getting a bit tasty out there, as Popp becomes the latest player to go in the book for a cynical clip on Ordega, who was in the process of turning her and making off into space.

Ordega is like Ahmed Must; she doesn't get the star spotlight, but she really gives her all in games.

This VAR teem will kill soccer very soon. Referees will just be useless in the field because VAR people be the main officials
Its almost dead. Almost

They bore me, and even waste atleast 15minutes of the 45 on VAR. shame!

The worst part about this game is that Germany aren't even playing well at all. This is one of the worst German teams I've seen.

Exactly. This team is shockingly poor. They boot the ball to safety everytime they get it. But some guys here let sentimentalism becloud their sense of fair judgment. See them blaming Referee and VAR. Did we score a clean goal and VAR canceled it? Should we have won a penalty that VAR overlooked? Ain't surprised though. Humans generally have the tendency to blame someone else for their misfortunes

cheesy

It's really disgusting,I don't get why some grown up folks sees white and call it black especially when it has to do with Africa vs Whites,is it to sound politically correct or enlightened or well exposed? I don't get it.

She went for the ball and not the foot. she touched the ball first!.
Yes our players are displaying mediocrity as a matter of fact the Cameroon female team are much more better, but u shouldn't turn ur eyes when these gals set cheated.
The goals are all questionable!

I wonder why people are surprised.

Life works on principles -- preparation and hard work are needed to be successful in anything.

The Super Falcons are NOT given the right treatment and preparation. Just imagine that in the whole of 2017 they didn't come together as a team to play. Then you expect them to come and usurp people that have been playing together for years in preparation for this tourney? Life doesn't work like that

Also, the NFF should stop hiring clowns in the name of coaches (the super Eagles included). If you want to hire a foreign coach go for a really sound one. Otherwise hire a local guy that will give us the same heart attacks as these foreign guys for way more less pay.

P.S. If these girls manage to find the net today, it should be considered a mini victory in itself.

The truth is,we were all excited we got to the knockout stage after a very long time. Never expected us to pull any surprise against the German ladies-only for pride and records.

Till the next four years, looking forward to an improved team with adequate skills and tactics.
