Invading Iran is going to do lots of things.

1.Destabilze the Middle East further...and note that Iraq and Afghanistan, who are next door...are not exactly stable.

2.Russia is going to come into the war. Russia may not be as strong as the US...but they still pack a big punch. And Russia won't like the idea of US troops in Iran...too close to their borders....

3.Iran America, Israel and Saudi are biggest sponsor of terrorisim...ie...gurellia force capability that can be used to devastating effect against the Americans.

4.America has not gotten out of Iraq and Afghanistan. One more war....
