Well I have decided to reconsider, why is it that I cannot drink water, if I drink na so the nausea go high, vomit go follow..I have decided not to play with water again and I have been alright but eeeh what can I use as substitute plus I haven't been using my drugs cos of fear of throwing up...

I'm not a fan of sugary things though so using drink might not work for me plus sugary things add to my nausea...

What's the way forward please I want to be able yo eat and drink water

Sorry mama. I have an issue with drinking water too.

I hydrate with loads and loads of watermelon. You know it's 90% water. Thank God it's in season now.

I also don't like the aftertaste of sugary drinks. So I take superyogo. I can take like N500 worth at once.

Then a preggy friend suggested Amstel Malta to me. It's been a lifesaver. That has been my water after meals. It's not sweet sweet.

Then I step down with watermelon to erase every aftertaste. I've recently added tangerine to my hydration stash.

My mom suggested sipping hot water, I tried it yesterday and it worked. But I don't think it's something I can tolerate on a regular either.

Let me make you laugh. When I boiled satchet water, I didn't like the taste. But when I boiled borehole water from the tap, oh I loved it. In fact it has to be bathroom tap not kitchen tap. DH kept ewwwing.

So just experiment round and see what works for you.

Please house, how early should a pregnant woman visit the hospital? tested the urine and it read positive, so it's a confirmed case.

As soon as possible for proper follow up and care ..

Each pregnancy should be registered before end of third trimester (first 3month)..

Something must definitely go down ...

When you say sugary things , what do you mean?

Some tolerate maltina, for some it’s smoothies or natural fruit juices..

You need fluids, so we need to find something that will go down..

You can hide your food inside swallow, even if it’s just for the purpose of taking the drugs.. your prenatals are important now that you are not even eating well..

Late delivery as in??

It is used to stop premature contractions that occurs between 22 and 37weeks of pregnancy...

It doesn’t stay long in the system, 80 percent of it is excreted through urine and stool within 24hours..

It doesn’t In any way stop spontaneous labour..

Most women register at 3months, but you can register immediately so they start following you up should incase there's a cause for concern.

Thank you once more, we actually need an HMO plan for company, budget is #100k.

We tried AVON (Couple for #70k) but their waiting period discouraged us, Ante-natal was put on 6 months to 18 months waiting period, meaning MAY likely not be covered by the PLAN.

We are looking at getting an HMO plan first before prenatals or how do you mean?
