That's the problem. That's why many developed countries limit the African (Nigerian) immigration. If we have too many, we can become the 2nd Nigeria and you all know why.

But I am still asking, if white people is so stupid, why white people is living more comfortable life and build successful clean countries?
Are Nigerians capable to do the same? I know many very wealthy Nigerians, they have beautiful clean houses but, why? You step out of that beautiful clean house and the streets are dirty and full of danger? Can Nigerian people teach their kids do not throw garbage on the street? do not steal, do not lie, do not scam, do not destroy? If you see something broken, fix it or help to fix it?

It is the black man that is destroying his own image.
White people are not that stupid. They are just so used to a system that works and so trust ur "format" without proper background check. For example, a white man without prior information comes into Nigeria to do business and mistakenly receives a phone call asking him to send his bvn number to the bank, he will fall for it because he TRUSTS the bank. The police will take thier share and do nothing till they send him back home broke and broken. The black man would have frustrated this white dude trying to create opportunities for other blacks.

Secondly, the issue of garbage,lies and honesty are dependent on individual mindset. I really hope pe,ople generally have the type of orientation your painting because it will be better for us all in the long run.
We should stop celebrating mediocrity in Nigeria.
Now that Ghana is chasing us out shows we have failed and need to start working RIGHT.

Kids, we were eating in summer an ice cream walking on the street and no ice cream paper to throw to the floor, looking for a garbage can or carrying the paper home to the garbage, stealing, some small kids steal a toy from a friend, we were punished and sent by our parents to apologize in front of our friends and to give the toy back. Crossing the street only in designated areas, if you cross it in the middle, the police fine you or your parents, etc., etc. Education, shame and punishment works on kids and adults. Our country is very clean even in Fall and Spring with all the mud, families clean parks, public places and the streets are washed with washing trucks. Growing up as a kid, you follow what your parents and neighbors do. Until now I still stop in front of the crosswalk and wait for the green light for pedestrians, not crossing even if there no cars, same about ice cream or any receipt paper, I need to clean my pockets at home.

You speak like Europe has always been like you describe. I will refer you back to a time in history when Europeans were as poor, uneducated and desperate as majority of Nigerians are today. Things were even worse than they are in Nigeria as evidenced by the numerous occurrences of the plague and upheaval ("let them eat cake" and other difficult times for the monarchy) that ravaged the continent. Lack of hygiene, crime, prostitution and other vices were common just like in Nigeria today. The common denominator between both situations is poverty and lack of education. When a people are poor, hungry, imsecure and unhealthy, primal instincts take over and survival is the most important thing. Everything else becomes secondary and unimportant. I will encourage you to go read about Nigeria's history and culture and how some of these virtues which you ascribe to Europe were ingrained in the culture.

Europe and America are wealthy today partly, and I would even argue to a large extent due to (a) Europe ravaging the resources of other continents of the world (b) Almost 300 years of free labor used in developing America. Having said that, there is something to be said about how both continents have managed the wealth and built modern sustainable societies. Nigeria on the other hand is mismanaging its resources and cannot survive the way things are going. Something must give!

Nigeria lacks CONTROL.
The truth is most of these things were taught at some point of the other in our lives. I remember how we were trained not to drop dirts on the ground in our primary and secondary school level but the Law doesn't get enforced on the street. And secondly, the fact that I was taught these doesn't mean the next guy was privy of such education. For example, some time last year I was eating corn while in a hacksaw vehicle and I refused to throw the dirt on the street. The driver actually encouraged me to throw it on the street and I told him I would do so when I see a proper trash can. He later mocked me and made some jokes.
Now you can see the difference. I have made him understand or remembered the right thing even while he was encouraging me to do wrong. We tend to encourage and infect each other with mediocrity.

Not even remotely close to what I said. My point is that Nigerias situation today is exactly what Europe experienced in the past when under the same prevailing conditions .... poverty, oppressive leadership etc. What did Europeans do to better their lot? They ventured out into the new world looking for freedom and economic opportunity and in the process founded new colonies (America and Australia) and plundered the resources in other existing countries. Does this sound similar to what Nigerians are doing today? Only difference is that there were no established immigration controls back when Europe did it. The key takeaway point I am making is that there is a potential for any country to turn into " a Nigeria" given the circumstances it faces today. Countries in Europe faced these difficulties and did the same. I am not making any excuses for what is happening in Nigeria, I am just saying it should not be a surprise to anyone.

Colonies were some for England, some for Spain mostly yet the more organized countries are west and north Europe and they never were feeding themselves from colonies, Spain went down because of easy gold and money, English people got many colonies but not Germany, Denmark Sweden, Finland and Austria, Switzerland and Poland, etc. All those countries were poor yet building by themselves the wealth. Nigerians are the problem. Both local and the diasporan.....
You claim the country has no future, you port enter America and still go over to shitty deal, they are always on fast lane, all they know is to become rich suddenly, lazy bunch of people.
To me, the country has no issue at all.....

The diasporan makes it very hard for genuine people to get visas, they wont abide by the laws, overstaying tourist visa, doing fraud and drugs...... Yet all they do is to blame the country.

The ones back home too have same mentality......
