I know a player who captained England U16 a top top EPL team U18 team.

He then played for the U23 regularly was released at 21 within 2 years he was playing non league for AFC Fylde in the NW of England.

I can give you numbers upon numbers who club s bought for silly money. And with a few years they have been released.

Oruma's quality never truly appreciated in the SE, top player.

One of his best games for me was against Ghana in the AFCON he was outstanding.

The never ending rivalry on and off the pitch did not help his career in the SE, in my opinion.

Maybe the reason they are still waiting for another AFCON title for so long is because they spend too much time hating on Nigeria

2008 they hosted it and couldn't win..

2010 they had one of d best squad in Africa but couldn't win..

2012 no Nigeria. they faced Zambia in the semis and were disgraced...

2013 they had d chance to meet us in d final but messed up..
