They usually invite Mexico and USA (CONCACAF) and occasionally others to make up these numbers..because of the move to 4 year intervals between tournaments, they played this year and unfortunately for them, Mexico and USA are playing their own competition this year, the Gold cup, therefore, Qatar and Japan were invited to make up the numbers.

Messi fans are most hypocrite; they always say Bernardo Silva and Eder gave Ronaldo those international trophy and they always curse and abuse Higuain, Palacios, Aguero for missing goals in 2014 world cup; if you don't want Ronaldo fans to celebrate the international trophy then Messi should also stop relying on his team mate and score the decisive goal in the finals now.
