A successful leader is a leader who identify, trained and give opportunities to people to grow independently.

With the above explanation, there's no successful leader in Africa (dead or alive), (Awolowo , Ahmadu Bello or Azikwe), (Obasanjo, Buhari or Ojukwu), (Saraki, Atiku or GEJ) that identify grassroots and nurture them to be successful as Tinubu's boy are.

God will continue to bless you Sir and make your wish of becoming Nigeria President comes through as I know you have the capacity to take us to the promise land.

We await the application of your revolutionary skills you have been displaying in Lagos and South West that made other regions see us as a template of development at the National Level.

God bless BAT!!!

Tho, I'm not a fan of Tinubu o but I must commend him, his laid down structure is second to none, only a man who is not a dictator can achieve what he has achieve so far.

Tinubu laid down the foundation in Lagos state (1999-2007) and Fashola took us to the promise land(2007-2015), others will be taking us to the Lagos of our dream.

So PMB is laying the foundation.

BAT spits;
"I look for talents that are better than me. I'm not afraid to bring on board people with higher wisdom because the most important thing to me is to get the job done for the betterment of all. I don't wait till zero hour to discover the next person to do the job or the next job to be done, from the first hour, I find them. The second, third and forth are as important as the first.
Time waits for nobody. Even the obstacles on my way, I predict them before those that will bring them will start to think about them, I plan for betrayal, I plan for backstabbing, I also plan for reunion and forgiveness long before they happen.
In life, I expect nothing, I expect anything, I expect everything..."

I really admire femi's zeal, doggedness and determination. The way he campaigned for the speakership position is very commendable. He will go far in politics

How did he campaign when he was literally forced on others? Where any other people allowed to freely vie for the post in the party after threatening them with party whatever?

What kind of hypocritical statement is this?

I don’t see Americans or British doing homecoming for being elected speaker or public office like this. No performance or anything to show as work done just merely elected or rather selected. We celebrate posts/positions not work done. This reverse mentality leads us nowhere.

Your comment does not take away the fact that femi campaigned very well, he toured the SE, tried very hard to woo the opposition members to his side. He didn't just relax and expect things to happen, he played a vital role in ensuring his own victory. Though, i must accept that the odds were in his favour

It's okay. Enjoy the moment but let's remember that with great power comes great responsibility. The way we celebrate Leadership positions show that we perceive leadership as an achieved asset rather than a call to serve people. Until we change this perception, we should not expect much from our leaders.

2 and 4th citizens are Tinubu's men. The downfall of Tinubu can only come from the men he built not people from other regions.

Where were you when the man was running from state to state, town to town bowing, begging and prostrating to people left and right?

He worked hard for every vote that put him in that office.

When did u have to prostrate for people and go state to state to be elected speaker if Smtn isn’t wrong smwhwre? He went to pacify people to accept his selection not election. What happened in the senate itself is still similar to what Saraki did if not worse based on what’s coming out bt with godfathers blessings.

Your own flawed and manufactured opinion, the man worked for his victory so feel free to rant and keep ranting, he is the speaker and the men he defeated are not crying to you that they were shortchanged so of what relevance is your own Internet lamentation?.
