Hmmmm. I have suffered my own suffer with shop to my door. They even unboxed my item from amazon. After taking a month. Shipping costs exaggerated with bogus weight and measurement. I will never encourage use of shop to my door. Chioma kept rejecting my calls and blocked me because i wanted to make an enquiry. The customer care on all deir numbers will not pik calls and will reject calls. And emails dont get replied to until atleast 48hrs. U can barely track your item

Their new "DHL" shipping has taken all of 17 days, still my items are yet to get to Nigeria. They delay items deliberately, they lie and misinform their customers. Hidden charges everywhere. Their 20% refund for delays is a farce. I will never advice anyone to even open their website not to talk of registering with them

You've been feeding me with lies and misinformations. I've spent thousands calling your lines since last week Monday. This is not the first time this sort of nonsense is happening. I could spend the whole day posting screenshots here to show the whole world how inefficient you guys are, it still won't change you guys for the better. You say you never delayed my item? An item that was delivered to you guys on 12/07/2019, was supposed to ship out on 17/07/2019. I even called your US office on 16/07/2019 and begged them not to repeat what happened the last time, and they assured me it would be shipped the next day. You guys left that item in your warehouse for no just cause. Shipped it out on 24/07/2019 and had no tangible reason for doing this. Okay let me post some screenshots. If you still try to lie after this, I'll post screenshots for the delay before this one and the ones before that. This is supposed to be a 3-5 working days "DHL" shipping according to you guys, but it has turned into a never ending nightmare. My item shipped on 16/07/2019 has been undergoing "customs clearance" since 23/07/2019! The one shipped on 24/07/2019 is still undergoing "customs clearance". I have an item that has been accumulating storage charge since 01/08/2019, you guys won't pause that one, it never misses its count. You'll want me to pay demurrage on an item I've been waiting for those ones to join so I can have them all waybilled together. I get to pay for your delay! An item that was delivered to your Nigerian warehouse all the way from the US, just disappeared into thin air and no one seems to know what happened to it. How is that even possible? Mheeen! I doff cap for una this time, una try.
After all the lies and misinformations, una no sabi where una leave my stuff. It's not in the US, it's not in your Nigerian warehouse. It's not even undergoing customs clearance because it was delivered to your Isolo warehouse according to you guys.
Check again, maybe it fell off the cargo plane that was supposed to fly it in.

Shoptomydoor is the best to use out there if you shop from US. They are dependable and cost friendly too. Thumbs up for under promising and over delivering with arrival time of my goods.

This is really bad!
I was going to use them but will not.
Now they are shifting responsibility to their "partner courier".
Any business that takes your money to perform a service should be 100% responsible when unable to perform.
Plus what I am hearing about fraud is unfortunate.

i introduced my younger brother to shoptomydoor and he bought an apple laptop from usa.
shoptomydoor received it and stole it. after make petition to a department in usa they refunded him less than the amount he spent.

i use to buy car keys and remote from them but they tell a lot of stories like criminals so i stoped
