Smileyin:@Qudkom has said it all, to ahead and do your medical now, then contact the school you got admitted before and let them know CIC has asked for your medical which means your app will be approved soon. Tell them you will like to apply for another admission (you might not be asked to submit further documents since they already have it with them) but admission fee will be a must. Also you should try to apply to other schools just in case(to increase your chances). He fast about it because CIC should approved your app once they receive your medical result. Congratulations and good luck 1 Like |

waynee2baba:You can apply from the UK as long as your permit is still valid, try and apply while your UK permit is still valid(it will be in your favour as the processing time and scrutiny won't be as much compared to if you are applying from Nigeria). Good luck |

SOPWriter:As long as his UK study permit is valid he can apply and submit his passport over there. Once he is a legal resident in any part of the world he can apply and submit his passport there. |

Okonkwobestman1:That is why I said on the previous qoute that if the intention is not to use them as home ties, then he/she does not need to present the birth certificate. Siblings are ur family members and therefore can stand in as ur social ties to Nigeria if u so chose. |

Congrats man! So I just checked you out and it appears your VISA app has been denied before. Kindly share your profile of the 1st application and then modifications you made before re-applying, if you can. Thanks. Kenny4real68: |

I know someone who was once in this mess. But you need to answer this, whose name was on the statement, what was the ending balance, was it truly given to you by the bank? CharlesRay1990: |

Good day guys, over 2 weeks ago when I collected my passport I found this slip in it, I mailed them immediately because I couldn't find any mail from them, they auto replied that they'll get back to me in 5 days, 5 days was over I them send a reminder mail, but it's still the same auto reply telling me 5days again. I'm tired o, what can I do now? Is there any other mail I could write please? Thanks guys

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by kcosam: 7:07am On Jun 25, 2019 |
ralfudoh:That is because u have other credentials to use as home ties, but for someone who intend to use his siblings as social ties to Nigeria will have to show some proof, the moniker was asking if he can go ahead without the siblings birth certificate, and i responded if he/she does not intend using them as home ties, then there is no need for the birth certificate. You can use ur siblings as social ties to Nigeria if you so chose, then there will be a need for the birth certificate. |

Can family members be used as ties? Is there anybody on this earth that doesn't have family members? I don't see family members as being a home tie if u ask me though. From the little I know about this CIC guys, there is no standard. What works for one person might not work for the other. Just do what is best and what suits your situation. CharlesRay1990: There is no big deal about that! If you actually know that the bank statement you submitted is not fake, go to your bank and print out 1year statement of account with bank reference letter, write letter of explanation stating you never fudge any account statement. That all the documents submitted are verifiable. But if the statement is fake! Sorry is a bank. Act fast broda |

Chaniel:Oh.. Okay. But does anyone know if that applies to re-applicant? I mean do a reapplication still get BVL email notification? 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Qudkom(m): 9:07am On Jun 25, 2019 |
CharlesRay1990: @abusmanlouis advice Is the best you're going to get on this issue. If you know you used a fake statement then there is nothing in this world you can do. You'll get banned for 10-15yrs and be flagged especially from other countries like usa, uk, Australia etc that share data with them. So on the contrary print out the statement for a year and send it in. All the best. |

Lol. Tom and Jerry. You two just need to be room mates and continue the drama in maple land. I like this kind of fights. Like Dangote and Otedola and Adenuga. Fight with with your Canadian passports. OptimusPrime21: 3 Likes |

CharlesRay1990:Between you and this forum, Is the statement of account FAKE or REAL? If it is not fake then you have nothing to be scared about, just reply CIC and let them know the statement isn't fake and you can include a letter from the bank as well to prove your claim. But if the statement is FAKE, sorry my brother there's nothing you can do about it than to face whatever CIC brings your way(might be 5 years ban) |

Congratulations to all those who recently got medical call and those who have gotten their TRV. Also to those who are waiting for CIC to return their stamped passports, big ups. For those still waiting to hear from CIC, don't give up (CIC will get back to you ASAP). For those who have heard from CIC but denied, try to order for your gcms note, repackage your app and refire(especially if you think you did somethings wrong in your previous app). For those who don't have enough funds to study in Canada and you have very good grades, try to seek funding from schools. For those who don't have enough funds and don't have good grades, try other countries for now(please don't ask me where as you can use Google to search that ). Have a blessed day 1 Like 1 Share |

OptimusPrime21:CIC is getting very very strick with applications from Nigeria as they are getting wiser by the day. As long as all your documents are authentic then no cause for alarm bro, they will surely stamp your passport. Hopefully between now and the mid-July they will return stamped passports to their owners (those without any issues). 1 Like 1 Share |

Good day house. Anyone heading to Ryerson University, Toronto this August? That's my stop and I sincerely need all the help I can get right now. If anyone has any link to any student or anyone over there, please kindly share with me. I've been on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social sites to find a lead, but nothing promising so far. I'm also trying the online accommodation sites too. I'm just trying to see if I can be linked up directly with someone who might be of great help. I've not seen anyone heading to that school in a while on this platform (I may be wrong and I'm open to corrections) Please holla, if you're here. And please, if I'm going about this the wrong way, please correct me or enlighten me with better tips to go about it. Thanks |
