Do one actually need gcam? The default camera is okay na. Only the front camera be like my old gionee x1s front camera. Not too impressive.

Use GCam and you will notice the difference for both front and back cameras.

You can use night mode on your stock camera to capture more details during the day too

i think the second one is global version and the first one is Chinese version slapped with global ROM

We have 4 versions....the first is an Euro Version....that is why it ended with E.....
We have Global with G...
Then there is another version with C....as chinese
And T for Taiwanese

Open a command prompt, or terminal
Run the following adb command - fastboot oem device-info - response should be either locked or unlocked.

If Mi Unlock status reads unlocked, but oem device-info shows locked, then said device has a fake unlocked bootloader.

So i noticed sometin today on my RN7 update
Though d update size was about 400+ mb after updating i noticed d real mb slashed frm my airtel was not even up to 250 mb...y i dnt knw
I am guessing some apps dat shld have bn updated wit d recent update wer already updated so there was no need for dem again

In case the gcam didn't come out fine, can I easily revert to my default camera?

Will I be able to install subsequent Ota updates without issues?

GCam is a separate app, it doesn't affect your stock Camera
