Both of you are lucky, Abuja no get stress. Just prepare for your interview. Good luck

A friend who did in Abuja recently said the VO was a bit strict with him and almost disorganised him and even sent back someone for late coming. Please let's be guided. Prepare well and let your documents be in order.

No appointment under category B and it’s 5weeks +. This country is a curse. Being Nigerian is a disease, if this dead shithole was working, no one will be so fussed about leaving or looking for education in Germany with so much pressure. I’m disgusted and these consulates officials are wicked for holding people back with the slightest chance they get.

Why not mail them, politely ask them and see if they will reply you

Post any question you have here, people will answer it. Just like I did the first time.

Ok, first question, can you please give a step by step guide on how I can open the blocked out from Nigeria?
Secondly, can I use a Nigerian (relative) as my sponsor instead of opening the blocked account? if yes, what would be the requirement for using a Nigerian as a sponsor?

How can we be guided when we are not armed with information as this. Interview sections in Abuja was not that strict and tight last year as testified by last year winter applicants and currently this year summer applicants as we read from pizzule abi wetin be that him name.

I presume some persons here must have been interviewed at Abuja of which your friend is likely to be one of such persons, but you see no such information was made available here. They finished having their interviews and kept their experience to themselves alone, what a selfish way to live. It's quite pathetic in all honesty. Na only God go save us. Shalom

Good day Great People,

Please I need urgent advice and suggestions.

I received a notification mail from Uni Bremen on the 19th of June, informing me that I have been recommended for admission and I should expect my admission letter by post but till now I've not received the official admission letter. I am expected to resume by 1st October.

My question is considering the time it takes to obtain a Visa, Can I use the notification mail to fix an appointment? If the admission letter is still not ready by the date of appointment, will the notification mail be accepted?

Please help me by answering these questions. Thank you all.

Not really as its only relative to his personal experience and moreover we didn't get to hear from him to know what exactly lead to him almost being disgraced cos I don't think a visa officer will just want to disgrace you just like that. So when we get to hear from several others who have been interviewed there as well, then we can ascertain better. You don't make inferences from just one sample opinion.

Please I bumped into this thread yesterday and I must confess, It's been quite an experience.

I wish to apply for BSc, I'm a fresher i.e. no previous BSc. I've read the early pages but still very much aloof, my unanswered questions are.
1. What is the rough estimate for the process, I.e block acc and others
2. What're the requirements needed.
3. The step by step summary of the moves I'm expected to make.

God bless.

Go with what ever document they gave you at the WAEC office. If they don’t accept it then you go in summer. I know it’s not what you want to hear but it’s the best thing to do.
thanks so much for your response, actually. The mistake on the name is just a misarrangement while the Date of birth, it is the year, moreover, even by summer, it won't still be ready and by then it might be too late to withdraw the original cert...the issue get k-leg

My question is considering the time it takes to obtain a Visa, Can I use the notification mail to fix an appointment? If the admission letter is still not ready by the date of appointment, will the notification mail be accepted?

Please help me by answering these questions. Thank you all.
I was in this situation when I was admitted by Univ of Duisburg-Essen. I only had a printout from the portal, and it didn't look official enough to present for interview. So I mailed them to request for a PDF that looks presentable to the Embassy. The mail was replied the next day with the AL.
You can use my format to request for yours, just edit as required and send the mail to your course coordinator, you can copy the international office too.

Guten Morgen.

With respect to the notification of admission I received last week Tuesday (put the date you got the notification) for the MSc in Environmental Toxicology (put your course and degree), I want to inquire if I can be sent an official letter in PDF format, which carries the details of the University as well as information about my admission.

At the moment, I am only using a printout of the notification from the portal, (state what you are using for now; maybe the mail or other proof), and it doesn't appear too official. I will be having my visa interview at the German Consulate, Lagos very soon. This necessitated the sending of this mail to inquire if I can get an official copy of the admission letter for the purpose of visa application.

Kind regards,
(Your name)

1. Open your Coracle blocked account from this link

https://www.coracle.de/blocked-account/application

It is very straightforward.

2. Your sponsor has to be a permanent resident or citizen of Germany to obtain a declaration of sponsorship. He also has to be working there.
If your sponsor is a Nigerian living in Nigeria, he can give you the money to fund the Blocked account.
Present either of the two to the embassy.

Shalom

I think they are communicating to you that there has been an upward review of the semester fee.
You can see the previous price and the new price.
So, if you've paid the previous price, you need to pay the additional fee to complete it. If you haven't, then you have been told the new price you have to pay.
That's how I see it
