Just not fair, after 20yrs. She should have her share of his belongings. Cars, House etc. If you are a wife and your husband has not gotten any property in your name even if it's parcel of land in Lekki or Abuja or Ikorodu, Enugu, Owerri. He needs to start now. Send me a message. 2 Likes |

cococandy:It's his house if he built/bought it before they got married. If he bought it during the marriage, it belongs to both of them. If the former is the case, he should retain his house. If the latter, whoever the kids (if any) are to live with should get the house. In either case, he ought to "settle" her to enable her find a place to live. If she was a housewife without her own money, the court ought to consider this and impose an asset sharing formula by order. 2 Likes 1 Share |

cococandy:she doesnt want to leave her source of income. No free money again. No lazy ass again. She gotta jump out of bed early in the morning to go hustle n work her ass out. That she is afraid of. And U know its true. Upon divorce in court the woman's interest is always taken care of. For the man to return to court means de woman does not want to leave de mariage bcs Alhaji free money too sweet. 1 Like |
