forgiveness: Collins isn't fit ..So he won't start... I saw the training pic yesterday,he and Shehu were having separate light training . Aina will continue at LB while.Awazeim (or Omeruo) takes RB... As for Simeon,he can always come in from the bench. for now Chukwueze and Kalu are better.... 5 Likes |

Oh, that's what he told you Keshi era was something else, we all saw it, but hey how much will Sone share with Rohr. With his form during Keshi era, I would have advocated that he be included in this team. But he has lost form. Case closed. Fact still remains that SE has not lost any match with Ezenwa in post. Yes they say he joined through egunje but the ones that are there by merit still gives us BP 2 Likes |

Danielnino00: You seems not to understand. But I don't agree Kalu is better than Simon. How can can Kalu who hasn't played for two months be better? Even in Gent, Simon Moses was better than him. Moses has also done better than Kalu in the national team. Where did you get that from? |

jihday: The players have no excuse for what they did. If they are too big to deal with the hassles of the Super Eagles, they should step down and let those who can cope play. We have soldiers on the frontline of Boko Haram, defending the country with their lives, earning little or nothing, sometimes stranded with no pay or food. Yet how many will drop their arms and come home. Yet this ones embarrassed the whole Nation that their bank alerts have not come and were ready to abandon training. So if Dalung wants to frustrate the team, the way the players acted compounded issues. 6 Likes |

iSlayer: Let them go with their futuristic, forward thinking mentality. If they are too big to be owed when it has happened since I started following Super Eagles, they should go to where suits them and allow those who can manage stay. They can complain but to stop training and refuse to do a press conference. Ha. These guys are annoying. Not breaking my head for them. They should give them alert now for the finals. |

I like Lampard. I thought he conducted himself brilliantly in his year at Chelsea and was genuinely touched by the reception he was given in his last game. I hope he does well. It’s a free pass to a degree. Lost Hazard, transfer ban. I would be very surprised if Chelsea do anything of note next season. I expect 5th or 6th or them and maybe focusing on the cups would be the best way for him to make an impression. |

darkelf: On paper Senegal's team is the strongest, however the very well North African teams can not be ignored. I don't think we are in pole position to win it. However, the SE at AFCON are slow starters and we get better as the games progress. This afternoon l see us wiping away G.Bissaua with at least 3 goals expect Osimhen to come in 2nd half and score. Nigeria will progress to quarter-finals and after that anything can happen, it's football. Yes we could win the tournament Albeit it unlikely. 2 Likes |

There are levels to this payment thing When people that already have money can decide not to train just because their bonus for a game has been delayed, meanwhile some people never even see salary for almosr a year and still work, and if they say dem no work again, they are threatened with a sack. Later, somebody will come and post a footballer's picture when he's older, telling us the government is not caring for him. Make dem collect all their money now o, because nobody will donate to them later 12 Likes |

forgiveness:Even if SE fans have guns & were told to select a team for each match, they will finish themselves while arguing who will be in and who should be out. If Rohr is not in-charge, kudos to whoever is, cos its not easy to get +90% in players selection for any tournament I rest my case 3 Likes |

TheGoodJoe: At this highest level of professionalism? This happens and it's okay?? Excuse me, such issues should not even come up at all, not even in whispers. Please, this is not jaku jaku village league, they should get their money as at when due! Not a second later than agreed! This direction of your argument is desperately wrong. One should not walk backwards. |

forgiveness: Sorry bro, but, Simon is the third choice right/left winger in the Super Eagles, in fact, he is so down the pecking order, that Rohr now views him as a makeshift left/right full back behind Awaziem(in the absence of Shehu and Aina). The first choice wingers in the team are LW- Musa and Onyekuru, RW - Kalu and Chukwueze. With Kalu fit, Simon will only get a chance as a full back, otherwise, nothing for him, Rohr has already confirmed it here; ''The other day in the last training session we lost two players, Collins through injury and Kalu with this incident and two other players replaced them and they did well. ''Ola did well, Chukwueze did well. They replaced Kalu and Collins who were supposed to start the match in the last moment." BTW, can u prove that Simon was as good as Kalu when both were at Gent? |

safarigirl:u can't really blame them. They re used to saner climes where alert hits every Friday irrespective of whether they kick the ball or not. I personally think there is nothing wrong in what they did. The light protest of boycotting press conference night have been exaggerated. And I think they might have reasoned that if they hadn't done the light protest, payment might even escalate. Take a look at falcons and our u20..once they were knocked out, the bonus news and entitlement fiddled out..no one cared again.. These guys are big guys,u can't compare them to peanut salary workers who solely depend on their salaries. Its not everybody u can fvck with and get away with it. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

Even the world's richest footballers get paid as at when due. Nobody tells them "Bros, you already have enough money to buy some countries, so your next payment will delay no vex" Nobody reasons like that. Nobody will also tell you "shebi it's ordinary football you're playing, you're not carrying cement so you can wait". Nobody will say such a thing. It's all good o. 1 Like |
