chucs:
I must have to say that Rohr is ia very useless coach. Such a shame we have useless and clueless prople in the helm of affairs. U are drawing against a Guinea side and u are waiting for 80 minutes to change players.

save for that goal Ndidi have been better.

Debatable. Omeruo even completed a dribble in the opponents area.

6 points in the bag....unto the next round
Omeruo played like a gladiator today!
i am still scared for Rohr.... it seems he still don't know his players abilities and the roles that best suits them.

the play today was very poor.... and not encouraging at all even though we won.

Nigeria demonstrated a lot of maturity to simply get the job done today. Well done.

I am still scared of Akpeyi.

Our strength in depth is ridiculous.

I said this before we have the deepest pool of intrernational quality players in Africa (not the very best players but a wider pool of very good players) and Andrew 444 or was it forgiveness kept arguing against. grin

Again, not the greatest of wins but no need to go crazy about a team like Guinea.

Ndidi locked down Keita.

Great hustle from Musa.

Iwobi inconsistent but was very laborious as well.

Omeruo showing that his impressive La Liga season was no fluke.

Hopefully Onyekuru can come in next game. Time to go goals crazy on Madagascar.

I’m still worried about Akpeyi. He hasn’t really been tested.

We will celebrate the win, but if you look closely there was no atom of creativity in the team, the game was overall boring, the coach only sets up his team to defend and nothing more. If we play against a more attacking team, am afraid we will crack.

Almost 70mins and no goal.

Did I not tell you people

You can't be protesting a day to a crucial match and expect to be lethal in front of goal against an opposition that was preparing for you while you were carrying placards.

He should have brought on Mikel for iwobi, chukwueze or onyekuru for Moses. We were under pressure after the goal and Lord Rohr was jus watching

From the matches I have watched so far our build up play is the best so far. Nothing like jam body football.

he is just a good man manager...don't really know tactics much.
iwobi will do better if he has mikel partnering with him in the midfield.
and for Moses Simon he should sit on the bench next time.... we need wingers that can beat defenders one on one and not shy away from attack and go defend

Ndidi deserves the MOTM , did some silent dirty jobs , caged Nabil keita , forced him out after making him useless

exactly..
our defense saved us today.

I am so surprised I am expecting the team to make an improvement on the play against burundi but to my disappointment it was not so.....

mikel would have even done better today than iwobi...

I am not really pleased with rohr benching mikel...
one match is not enough to judge a player...rather he should be allowed to play the CM role...and bring in etebo for him later

God bless you my brother. That Rohr is a very useless coach. He hardly change players! This is the exactly thing he did in world cup that made us lose against Argentina.

Moses Simon should leave that place...
and for mikel should be paired with iwobi in the midfield...that's fine.
