Leviticus that you quoted does not speak of human sacrifice but those under divine judgement of death..
To sacrifice means to kill as an offering to a god. God never required human life as an offering to him. He passes the death sentence as punishment not as offering to him. Be enlightened.
Judges also doesn't state that Jephthah offered his daughter as a burnt offering to God. He vowed yes.. But he never actually did.
