You think all these embassies dont know about padding of accounts for visa purposes. Just be genuine and you will have nothing to worry about.

They do randomly ask for one year bank statements (Additional documentation request).

1. Since you dont have friends/familyin CA why not apply with hotel booking? The only other way of getting IV is through paid conferences i think. Will that guarantee your visa? Nope.

2. You dont need to travel to check schools. Google is all the flight you need, just board it. No visa required.

Please I just want to confirm if applicant ages 12 years old are not meant to do biometrics?

I submitted application for my family online on 26/6/19 by 27/6/19 biometrics request letters were sent for every member of the family except the 12years old applicatant.

Does it mean that Children don't do biometrics? If so what age is exempted? Why am asking is because the rest of the children that got biometrics letter request were ages 17 and 15 respectively except the applicant that is 12years old.

Why are you worried? You last born is exempted from Biometric.

I'm a Caribbean medical student who's university does clinical rotations in the us. I applied for a US B1/B2 visa to do my clinicals in the us and was denied last week. My university has hospitals its affiliated with in Canada where you can do only elective rotations. I want to see if I can apply for a Canadian visa and do electives in Canada while cooling off to reapply for the us one. Is this advisable? If yes what do I need and how do I go about applying? I have paid my tuition and my dad has a Canadian visa tho he hasn't used it yet. He's retired with pension of 700k+ monthly. What are my chances? Thanks.

Not at all. You are free to visit Canada for whatever legal purpose you deem fit.

After reading through this thread and because the refusal letter did not state if i was banned or not, i requested for GCMS notes ( See image 2). I need the house to advise me if this was a 2 years ban,5 years ban or no ban at all.

It happens to me too what I do is close all brower and shut and restart the computer an I try login into cic again. I always do this each time I want to login.

Sometimes I just close all brower and open a nice new then login, that also works

The information you seek should be in the procedural fairness letter sent to you and in the letter of refusal. It can also be found in your GCMS notes.

try the entrepreneur visa, you don't need an agent, you would also get a job through it

With entrepreneur visa, you will be issue work permit and start searching for job with it right away right?
